Summary At the age of 80 years old, Charles Bealer tells Beverly Schuler Bealer the story of his life. He lived in a sod house in Sand Hills, Nebraska in 1909 until 1913. Charles moved to Illinois April of 1918, married and spent his life farm where he did contour farming, served on the school board at Knox School, was the director of the Farm Bureau and many other positions.
