Summary |
Mudd's women (Episode 4, Stardate: 1329.1): Kirk beams aboard the crew of a vessel destroyed by asteroids but at a price. All but one of the Enterprise's lithium crystals have burned out. The destroyed ship's commander, Harry Mudd, is a scoundrel and space pirate who is accompanied by three hypnotically beautiful women who soon disrupt the normal workings of the ship. The enemy within (Episode 5, Stardate: 1672.1): A transporter malfunction causes Kirk to be split into separate beings: one compassionate, the other savage. Spock and McCoy suffer along with their friend as Kirk confronts a side of his nature no man should see. |
