Summary |
Fantastic 4: After exposure to cosmic radiation, four astronauts become the most remarkable, if not most dysfunctional, superheroes of all time. Reed Richards is the leader of the group and gains the ability to stretch all parts of his body, he takes the name Mr. Fantastic. His girlfriend, Sue Storm, gains the ability to turn invisible and create force fields, calling herself the Invisible Woman. Her younger brother Johnny Storm gains the ability to control fire, including covering his own body with flame and is those named the Human Torch. Pilot Ben Grimm is turned into a super-strong rock creature and decides to call himself Thing. Together, they use their unique powers to explore the strange aspects of the world, and to foil the evil plans of Doctor Doom. |
Fantastic 4: rise of the Silver Surfer: When the Silver Surfer arrives on Earth, army General Hager demands that Reed Richards create a sensor to track him and find out what he's doing on Earth. The only problem is that Richards is helping Sue Storm plan their rescheduled wedding. Ben Grimm is heating up his relationship with Alicia and Johnny Storm is trying to get sponsorships and girls. Returning is Victor Von Doom, who gladly offers to assist the military in figuring out what the Silver Surfer is all about. |
Elektra: After recovering from seemingly mortal wounds, Elektra has been resurrected by her old mentor, Stick, who is then unable to keep her from working as an assassin for hire. Only when she balks at her latest assignment - killing Mark Miller and his young daughter, Abby - does Elektra finally come to grips with her damaged psyche. By not doing the job assigned to her, the assignment falls to the minions of "The Hand," an Asian sect dominated by supernatural forces under the control of the evil Roshi. Now Elektra will be in the ultimate battle between good and evil - a battle that will either take her life in a new direction or destroy her for good. |
Daredevil: By day, blind attorney Matt Mudock toils for justice in Hell's Kitchen. By night, he's Daredevil, a man without fear. He's a masked vigilante stalking the dark streets with an uncanny "radar sense" that allows him to see with superhuman capabilities. When the love of his life is targeted by New York City's ruthless Kingpin and his deadly assassin, Bullseye, Daredevil may be about to meet his match. |
